Splat is a splash of information, it is a medley of knowledge with the platter containing Blogging, Computers, Internet, Technology, Designing (2D and 3D art forms and basic webpage designing), Nature, Legal, World Building and Writing.

Spalt is a brain child of Vyoma a.k.a. Mahesh Bhat, who has had meddling with the web from early days, through the chat rooms, forums, and blogs.

Splat was started during early March 2006 and has changed servers once. The journey of Splat through various phases can be found at this post by Vyoma. Guest authors contribute every now and then. Details about the authors of can be found in the Authors’ Page. And the articles in Splat caters to one’s hobbies and various interests as the authors basically compose, pertaining to their diverge range of avocations.

Splat is in it’s state of infancy, and desires to become a full fledged information hub, consisting of various timeless posts in the above mentioned categories and many more are to come in future. The mission of Splat is aligned along with WiseTome.com as its sits under the banner of WiseTome.com. An effort is made to make each of the posts at Splat an information nugget or repository of a resource. Some of the posts do become part of a series of posts on these topics.
